Victoria Wass

My research interests span labour economics, sociology of work and HRM and include studies of disability at work and the organisation of work in the Police service. Engagement and impact include work as a forensic labour economist in loss of earnings claims (personal injury, clinical negligence and employment discrimination) and membership of the Ogden Working Party.

I teach Evidence-based Management on the MBA and Executive MBA programmes at Cardiff University.
