Vinuli Withanarachchie

Vinuli Withanarachchie has a background in public health and women’s health. She currently supports an HRC-funded project on medicinal cannabis law reform. Prior to this she conducted menstrual poverty research in New Zealand and worked in sexual violence recovery.
