She’s an Associate Professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Albacete (Spain) from 2003 (Collaborate Professor from 1991), where she received her Ph.D. with a European mention and doctorate award. She’s the head of the ENSITMA research group from 2008 and has authored a large number of refereed articles and conference papers in the field of Business Organization on social economy, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and ITs applications in management. She has received two Camilo Prado Foundation Awards (2016 and 2019) for the most-quoted papers. Director of several doctoral theses, she has participated as the main researcher in numerous research projects and in organizing committees of several scientific conferences. Moreover, she is an Editorial Board Member of several Journals, as the Journal of Entrepreneurship Education of which she's Editor-in-Chief from 2018.
