Vivekanand Pandey Vimal

Research Scientist, Brandeis University

I am a research scientist in the Ashton Graybiel Spatial Orientation Lab at Brandeis University and I study spatial disorientation through human augmentation (e.g. vibrotactile feedback as a countermeasure to disorientation), artificial intelligence (e.g. deep learning to predict loss of control while disoriented), and basic research (e.g. perception of self orientation). One of my passions is educational outreach because I am a former high school teacher. In my free time, I like exploring the intersection of art and science. I love collaborating on pretty much anything, so don't hesitate to contact me. I enjoy having deep discussions. You can learn more about my research and also my creative universe on my website: https://sites.google.com/view/vivekanandpandeyvimal
