Vollan Okoth Ochieng

Vollan has 7-years’ experience in research gained through first-hand practical experience in program and research work. Similarly, the experience has enabled him to acquire excellent literature synthesis skills that help in identifying salient gaps in areas of work or study. Moreover, his work experience in research has enabled him to gain noteworthy experience in research, advocacy, communication, fieldwork, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, budgeting, proposal writing, project planning/management among other areas. He holds an MA in Project Planning and Management (MAPPM), and a BA in Environmental Studies and Population Studies from the University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Project Planning and Management, specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) from the same institution. His research interests are in education, population, environment, migration, and population disciplines.
