Prior to this I have worked on a range of research projects at a number of institutions in the United Kingdom and Australia, including the Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science (UCL), International Drug Policy Unit (LSE) and the NSW Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research (Sydney). I studied criminology at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), completing my Honours thesis on the use of drug detection dogs at the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) with Dr Caitlin Hughes.
