My research interests include decent work, social inclusion and sustainable development, foreign investment and global trade, China’s Belt & Road Initiative, and work and employment in comparative perspective. Recently I finished two project, the Leverhulme International Network 'Collective pay determination and the changing labour relations in globalised China', and GCRF 'Foreign investment, labour market and employment relations: the challenges of Kenya's sustainable development'.
