Yann Cornil studies food marketing and sensory marketing. His research was published in the academic journals Psychological Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology and Appetite. He received his Ph.D. in marketing from INSEAD (France and Singapore), and teaches consumer behavior at the University of British Columbia (Canada).
