UKRI Stephen Hawking Fellow, UCL

I am a UKRI Stephen Hawking Fellow and a Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellow at University College London's Mullard Space Science Laboratory. I previously worked at the Goethe University of Frankfurt as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow. A core focus of my research is the calculation and identification of radiation from strong gravity astrophysical systems in order to learn more about compact objects like black holes and the underlying physical processes occurring in these systems, through a combination of fundamental physics, computer science and astronomical data. I am a member of the Event Horizon Telescope Collaboration, the BlackHoleCam project, and the LISA Consortium for space-based gravitational wave astronomy.
