Professor Zlatko Skrbis is Vice-Chancellor and President of Australian Catholic University.
His research interests include cosmopolitanism, migration, ethnicity, nationalism, globalisation and culture, and life pathways. Since 2006, Professor Skrbis has been the principal chief investigator on the multi-wave ARC Discovery Project titled ‘Social Futures and Life Pathways of Young People in Queensland’ study – also known as ‘Our Lives’. This is an infinite-life, multi-wave, multi-method, cohort study of young Queenslanders, which has thus far been granted ARC-Discovery Project funding for seven waves of research.
