Carmen García-Comas Rubio

I am a marine ecologist interested in understanding species coexistence, biodiversity and ecosystem functioning. My research is mainly focused on marine plankton but not only. I collaborate with marine and freshwater researchers to understand plankton, fish and macroinvertebrate community structuring. I have a special interest on the role of functional traits on community structuring and diversity maintenance. I enjoy data analyses of complex data and creating simple models with far reaching implications.
