My research has been focused on environmental stress response of organism that affected by artificial environmental changes from individuals and communites perspective. My final goal is to help preserve and manage other creatures from environmental changes and artificial factors.
I did my master's degree about interpret the long-term accumulated data which are zooplankton communities and environmental factor of brackish areas using SOM and various analyzes in Korea.
I'm currently working on a Ph.D. program in CEAB in Spain. The tentative doctoral thesis title is ‘Morphological and genetic variability in European Minnow from the Pyrenean lakes.’ The main objective of this study is to understand what factors have been responsible for the present morphological variability of European Minnow (Phoxinus sp.) within the Pyrenees, and to distinguish between species composition, pure phenotypic variability, founder effects and local adaptation.
