Postdoct in Quaternary Sciences, Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (MNCN-CSIC)

My research line since I started the PhD has been focused on studying past climate conditions based on the study of 3 main archives hosted in caves which record past climate conditions: i) stalagmites, ii) ice deposits, and iii) detrital sequences. I have followed that line of research for almost ten years and recently focused on paleoflood records in relation to the current postdoctoral fellowship I have in the National Natural Science Museum (Madrid). All these geologic records allow to infer past climate conditions in terms of water availability and temperature.
